Interview with Tchenna Maso - The Resistance for Sovereignty in Brazil

Tchenna Maso, lawyer and activist of the Movimento dos Atingidos por Barragens (Peoples Affected by Dams) (MAB), member of La Via Campesina, is interviewed here by Paco Estrada, from UNORCA-Mexico, about the delicate Brazilian political situation in the context of the global dispute for energy, mineral and food resources. According to Tchenna, we need a change in the development model and "to resist like seeds and sow a new project of society", we need "a unitary anti-capitalist struggle".

This interview is part of the process of global debates towards the People's Sovereignty Network. It was held on August 27, 2019.
