Resisting, thinking and developing ideas and actions around food sovereignty and the right to food, water, clean and sustainable energy and a full enjoyment of health...filled with hope and inspiration towards a lifetime commitment. Defending and building the commons of our social and political being, conducting and sharing different experiences of genuine democracy in motion while we, the people, build our sovereignty by fighting collectively at home, in the neighborhood, in our territories and globally. Scaling up and out our need to exercise freedom, equality and solidarity at all levels and in all contexts. Lots of young people and adults, women and men, putting a stop to climate collapse and degradation of nature, defending trees, plants, animals, biodiversity, soil and water to care for our generation and those to come. Claiming and defending what is common to all, and should be for all. How to engage at home and at global level? Women and men united against capitalist, heteropatriarchal, productivist, colonial, urban-centric and non-democratic systems. Transforming humanity by reconfiguring classic gender relations, liberating people’s bodies, emancipating their wills: letting souls be in solidarity, care and mutual respect. Seeding diversity and tolerance, nurturing our roots and so sharing medicines, recipes, food, cultures, formulae, technology for a humanity that thinks of itself as a whole, yet with multiple dimensions integral to the living planet. Acknowledging the dimension of spirituality. Learning from and with indigenous peoples whose cosmovision integrates all natural elements living in the same time and space without a hierarchy– we are all in nature. Co-creation for life, common-ing learning and allying of resistance against the engulfing capitalist market, experiencing the praxis of many ways on the way. Precarious, regular, informal, migrant, refugee, peasant, platform workers, steelworkers, home and domestic workers, linked together more and more, restraining capital, fighting dystopia, joining now the effort to build a social economy for the future, experimenting with the next utopia in the present.
